Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.

However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience documented technical problems preventing download or access, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will attempt to resolve the issue or issue a refund if unresolved.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours with proof of duplicate transaction.
  • Wrong Product: If you received a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days for exchange or refund.

To request a refund, email us at nationalexams11@gmail.com with your order number, proof of payment, and reason for the request. Refund requests will be processed within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2012
